Together with her partner Eugene Cheng, Kai Xin started HighSpark, a strategic presentation consultancy, when she was just 19. It was during those times when she was challenged by adults twice her age and experience. Despite the lack of industry experience at the beginning, she won the direct trust of CEOs, directors, head of departments in MNCs. Many became loyal clients and secured deals worth millions in value.
Now the head of training and lead trainer at HighSpark, leaders from Fortune 500 and best in-class companies rely on her to clarify and differentiate their brand's messaging to win in high-stake moments. To name a few: Mastercard, INSEAD, DBS, Nike, and Changi Airport Group.
Kai Xin was recently one of the few 20 Singaporeans to be honored on the Forbes30Under30 Asia list. Kai Xin received the “The World’s Best Story Tellers Award” citation by the World HRO Congress in 2017. She has also been featured on media outlets like 938 Live, Yahoo News, Business Insider and more.
Beyond business, Kai Xin invests her time in mindfulness meditation practice and developing her mind.
